1.5 Hour Trail Ride

Discover Bodie Overlook or Blue Lake

On this Sierra horseback trail ride, you have the choice of going to either the Bodie Overlook or to Blue Lake. Both rides are suitable for beginner riders, though the Blue Lake ride does include some steep grades. Both rides pass through the beautiful sagebrush flora of the eastern Sierra and include stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Give us a call if you have any questions about the two routes! What To Bring

• Sunscreen and bug spray (apply before getting in the saddle!)
• Sunglasses
• Sturdy shoes or boots
• Hat (either a baseball cap or a hat that has a chinstrap)
• Jacket/sweater recommended (your jacket can be tied on the back of your saddle)
• Bottle of water

What We Provide

• We will furnish a small horn-bag for your water bottle and small personal items. Be sure that your “carry-on” gear (camera, snacks, water) weigh no more than three pounds.
